These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Remlytica website, platform and data (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Remlytica provides structured executive-remuneration data and analytics derived from companies' publicly published reports. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Certain areas of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: (a) access the Service other than through the interfaces we provide; (b) scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data except as expressly permitted by your subscription; (c) resell, redistribute or sub-license the data except as your licence allows; (d) attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures; or (e) use the Service in breach of any applicable law.
The compilation, structuring, presentation and analytics within the Service are the intellectual property of Remlytica and its licensors. Underlying figures are drawn from issuers' public disclosures. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal purposes. Paid tiers, pricing, billing cycles and refund terms will be set out at the point of subscription. Commercial terms TBC. The Service is currently provided as a private preview and is not yet offered on a paid basis.
The Service provides data and analytics for research and information purposes only. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make using the Service.
While we take care to source and curate data accurately, we provide the Service “as is” and do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current or uninterrupted. You should verify figures against original source documents before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remlytica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of jurisdiction TBC, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
